REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. Each item is handcrafted with care by our artisan community, and we stand by the quality of our work. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at pinkalpacaapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size, color, or product within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
